X PAL (Positioning Assistant Led) multifunction LEDs bar that assists the operator when using the machine and loading the bars (OPT).

VICES with controlled and independent positioning. Each vice has a centre roller to facilitate loading and unloading of the profiles and prevent chip deposit. Machining centre with 5 interpolating axes for machining on 5 faces of aluminium profiles with a cross-section of 580 x 400 mm and steel tubes up to 5 mm thick. HSK E63 22 KW 24000 rpm liquid-cooled electrospindle allows the production of custom machined and milled elements. According to the configuration chosen it is possible to carry out single area, double area, pendular or multi-piece machining (up to 8 pieces with XPAL). 6 versions are available according to the length of the machine bed and whether or not cutting unit X2 is present.

The AXEL 5 machining centre with 5 axes has been designed to carry out drilling and milling operations on aluminium or steel profiles. The 24,000 rpm, 22kw electrospindle allows removal of a significant amount of chips and high machining speeds. The quick and simple configuration of the work tables make it economical to use even for the production of small batches, as “pendular machining” or “multi-piece and pendular machining” functions can be activated, with the ability to select a large number of vice/stop configurations.
